Very Good

Some parts of the building are under construction, so it wasn’t busy, and we enjoyed that fact. The location is very nice and the sea view is just perfect. The furniture in the rooms was quite nice. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning services. The pools were very nice as well.

The bottled water in the room was horrible, the bottle itself smelled quite toxic. The parking area is quite small. The breakfast was not worth the price.

Nice and relaxing stay if you like big clean hotels!

Big parking lot and a lot of pools to relax and a private little balcony!

Lounge area was all white and quite sterile. Not really a cosy space. Hotel was €140 on booking after we paid €160 for it.

If you don’t plan a beach vacation it’s a good place to sleep and chill.

The Renovation /construction has a great impact because only half of the facilities can be used. Staff very nice, room very clean, but if not seaside not a good view, but very quiet. Breakfast outside is nice and restaurant at the beach very good.

The beach next to the hotel is extremely small and the water is not clear.

Tranquil stay with breathtaking views

The hotel is beautiful and in a stunning location. amazing views of the bay and a very nice quiet location with stunning scenery. Even though it's a quiet coastal area surrounded by nature, you are only a 10 minute bus ride from port Alcudia and all of the lively activity there. I stayed during a time of renovation but my stay was still calm and relaxing, couldn't hear any construction noise. The room was comfy, clean and had all you needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, happy to print my boarding pass, bus timetables etc. and let me store my luggage after I checked out and even use the shower.

Obviously at the moment there is construction, but this didn't really impact my stay too much- although you could see the building work going on and there was a few facilities not available. However I still had a great stay, wasn't bothered by any noise etc.

Very nice design, very clean, comfortable bed

The spa is small, opens at 9 in the morning but they have no towels until 11. Stuff was not very polite, they barely speak english. Room was really small and the late checkout cost us 50 E . Bad coffee.

Lovely Hotel a few issues

Rooms where clean and newly done ,the hotel is having work which we knew and the price we paid was very good .

There was noise every morning from cleaners etc so didn't have a great nights sleep, the rooms are small and the toilet area tiny . As i mentioned being done so not a proper breakfast area the breakfast was very poor and expensive for what you got .

hotel was lovey, location was great but a car is recommended

room and breakfast were perfect, there was some building work going on so not all facilities were available but it didn't impact us as we were only there for 3 days

unfortunately there was a blackout on the first night we were there, not the hotels fault but the communication was lacking and we spent the whole night without air con or water. I do feel the staff could have come around to see if everything was ok

A wonderful choice for staying in modern rooms with great atmosphere in Mallorca for a couple of days!

Fabulous staff, helpful in every request we had! Modern rooms with spacious showers, ocean views and comfy bed.

The beach front restaurant offers great ocean views, however they charge 50€ for usage of the hotel sunbeds for 2 hours, which seems excessive. Due to renovations the entrance was hard to find, but this circumstance was mitigated by a cheaper price per night.

Beautiful stay in chill, nicely designed hotel

Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).

Most of the staff was friendly, however the cleaning ladies didn't respect our wishes not to enter the room. They even did it without knocking, while we were undressed, to bring the cot. And even though we asked them not to clean the room the 2nd day, specifically asking only for towels (we added the DND sign on the door), they still cleaned the room and threw away our pizza leftovers. Even one of the receptionists, Dudu, was kind of rude. She made me feel uncomfortable every time I asked a question, as if I was bothering here.

Liked it!

We were in room 530, loved the view from there. Brand new room with nice bathroom and forniture. Loved the spa and swimming pool. Breakfast was included and ok.

Staff wasn't great ufortunately. Definetlly not up to 4 stars standard. Should be improved!

The view was magnificent! The hotel room mediocre.

Too small a room. I couldn’t switch off the Balcony light and enjoy evening sunset. Bedside light switches not properly wired. No drawers! One day our room was not cleaned? Inadequate lighting for shaving. No towel rail or enough towel hooks.

The rooms were nice and freshly renovated, nice sea view.

We had all inclusive and the things that were included in it were changing everyday. They were changing the menus daily by crossing things off the all inclusive list by hand. Also every employee told you a different version of what is included in the price even though they gave us a list of services at the check in, but even the working hours of the bar were some days different from the ones written on the list.

Great hotel, quality rooms and value for money.

Comfy beds, relaxed atmosphere and great Spa facilities. Very extensive breakfast options which was great.

A leak on the shower screen meant that the bathroom floor got quite wet.

Breakfast is really good! The pool and rooms really nice. Location also nice.

The working hours of the pool, I think 7 p.m is too early to close it and 11 a.m it´s too late to open it. The bar/ boat club near the beach also closes too early. If you want to eat something at 6 p.m it´s not possible. They also do not have room service.

overall OK but not special for the money

the hotel is in a pretty secluded location away from the main touristy area with only few restaurants nearby and no bars and no nightlife. the guests are mainly couples, did not see any families. nice view of the bay. good breakfast. excellent spa pool and sauna. OK swimming pools with loungers and nice background music. friendly and helpful staff. very clean throughout. nice bathroom

our room was small and dated inside (but the bathroom was very good), the balcony had peeling plaster, it was more like 3 star level. apparently our part of the hotel has not been refurbished, the nice rooms are in the refurbished main area and are called the premium rooms which are more expensive. there is no proper beach area, only a small public swimming area across the road which was not nice, you need to get a bus to go to a nice beach. as the hotel is away from the main tourist areas, you need to use buses which are one each hour or so

Memorable staying

It was nice staying in general. I didn’t like the location as beach was tiny and uncomfortable. Pool was always busy and it’s obviously small. Close to bus stop and taxi was always available to go somewhere. Amazing opportunity to take sup-board just next to the hotel. That was fantastic experience. We had small misunderstanding with hotel but stuff was very friendly and solved the problem. Amazing compliment to hotel was the Spanish guitar performance! Bravo! Food in restaurant was also good, must admit. Good selection. More vegetables would be very appreciated. Ladies from reception are amazing! Hugs from Germany
